Now I know this pic below looks most unappetising, but pay this appearance no heed. It was scrum-diddly-umptious. Possibly the most delicious dessert I've ever made in my life, except for that time I lost my mind and embarked on hand-making three flavours of gelati, plus golden toffee crackle baskets to hold the trio, successfully, for a dinner party of eight. Still can't believe I did that. In-any-case, this cherry pie is the best, and I highly recommend you give it a shot, if you still have some cherries to spare.
